Legal
Terms, rights, and limitations for using Jam Radio Network.
Rights Declaration
By submitting a track to Jam Radio Network, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized controller of all rights necessary to broadcast the submitted material, including master recording rights, publishing rights, and rights to any samples contained within. You accept full responsibility for any rights disputes arising from your submission.
Jam Radio Network does not independently verify ownership or rights clearance of submitted content and relies on the representations made by the submitting artist.
No Guarantee of Broadcast
Submission to Jam Radio Network does not guarantee broadcast, placement, or rotation. All submissions are subject to review by our programming team and must meet our broadcast standards. Payment of submission fees does not constitute a guarantee of airplay.
Programming Discretion
Jam Radio Network reserves the right to accept or reject any submission at its sole discretion. We reserve the right to remove previously approved tracks from rotation at any time if they are found to violate our standards or applicable laws.
Content Rules
All submitted content must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Content containing hate speech, incitement to violence, explicit harmful material, or infringement of third-party rights will be rejected. Jam Radio Network may report illegal content to relevant authorities.
Liability Limitation
Jam Radio Network is not liable for any loss of revenue, opportunity, or reputation arising from the submission, review, rejection, approval, or removal of any track, or from any technical issues affecting broadcast.
By submitting a track, you confirm that you own or control all necessary rights to the content. Jam Radio Network accepts no responsibility for any third-party claims arising from submitted material.
You agree to indemnify and hold Jam Radio Network harmless against any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from a breach of these rights.
Our maximum liability is limited to the submission fee paid for the affected track.
Renewal and Expiry
Approved tracks enter a 30-day rotation cycle. Upon expiry, tracks are removed from active rotation. Artists have a 7-day renewal window to extend their track for a further 30-day cycle via the dashboard. Renewal does not require re-uploading and continues the track's placement within the Jam Radio Network. After the renewal window closes, tracks must be submitted again as a new submission.
From time to time, Jam Radio Network may provide complimentary promotional rotation periods for previously approved tracks at no cost to the artist. Such complimentary rotation may be activated without requiring a new submission or payment. Artists may request removal of their track from rotation at any time.
Automated Audio Processing
All submitted audio files are subject to automated technical pre-flight validation upon submission. Files that do not meet our minimum technical requirements — including accepted formats (WAV, FLAC, MP3), file size limits, and file integrity — will be automatically declined and the artist notified via email.
Files that pass the initial technical check are submitted to professional automated loudness normalisation processing, targeting -23 LUFS in accordance with EBU R 128 broadcast standards. This process ensures consistent, broadcast-quality audio across all channels of the Jam Radio Network.
The processed audio file replaces the original submitted file in our system. Declined files are retained for a period of 30 days for administrative review before being permanently removed.
Privacy and Data Use
Jam Radio Network collects and stores user information necessary to operate the platform, including account details, track submissions, and communication data.
This information is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services, including track review, broadcast operations, and user communication.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except where required to operate the platform (such as payment processing providers) or where required by law.
Payments
All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Jam Radio Network does not store or have access to your full payment details.
By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider.
We do not provide refunds, as there is time and expense in processing all submissions.
Use of Submitted Content
By submitting a track, you grant Jam Radio Network a non-exclusive, worldwide right to store, process, and broadcast your content as part of the operation of the platform.
Your content will only be used for the purposes outlined on this site and will not be sold or distributed outside of Jam Radio Network without your permission.
